@Inginsub Yeah, that's the worst case scenario (and this reminded me that I either don't have max_body_length set for whatever reason or it gets ignored when using proxy).

@mint damn, follower only posts

@Inginsub So I curl the internal IP of my mediaproxy instance, it returns "Request failed" as it should. But then I curl it from publicly accessible domain and it suddenly returns the full mkv, the x-cache header claims HIT from nginx despite me clearing the cache and restarting nginx for good measure. Weird.

@Inginsub Now the size limiter works, albeit without redirect, just had to clear the cache a couple more times.
-
@Inginsub Some files were still accessible. Apparently it saves them to /var/cache/nginx/proxy_temp before moving them to the proper location, mystery solved.
-
@Inginsub Tangentially related, BUT THE FUCKING redirect_on_failure OPTION DOES THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT IT SHOULD DO

@Inginsub Also looks like Alex set the favicon of mostr to SVG file (which my mediaproxy refuses access to for security reasons), so I made a little hack I'm a bit too proud of.
