The #mac would rather cook its cpu than make noise... but with the fan at max speed it keeps the max load at 82-83c instead of 95-97c. Also interestingly the package pwr is 61 watts instead of 65-67 watts, it uses less power when it's cooler. (but maybe the fan uses more than 5 watts...)
