     Right now the only thing keeping normal people from shooting these invaders dead is that the state would come down on them and throw them in prison to be raped for the rest of their lives (short, because they would get shanked).
     
     If this continues long enough, people will stop caring and shoot the invader anyways. Better to be in prison and die later than die right now, right?
     
     After enough people are arrested and are murdeted in prison, people will start caring even less and just shoot the cops who come to arrest them for killing the home invaders that tried to murder them. Not saying I like this, but I don't decide this.
