Submarine communications is through frequencies in the kilohertz range, so I doubt 900, 1800 or 2700 megs would get through.

Every Cybertruck gets a wifi hotspot and a cellular antenna and when the car detects submersion in water those two hijack all tcp connections and reply with an html page explaining how to open the doors on that exact model.The luxury package includes hijacking all VOIP connections and a voice that almost sounds like Lawrence Fishburn calmly telling you how to open the doors. 😈
