@Shadowman311 There was a case outside of Pittsburgh years ago where this fat bitch stopped a man for walking drunk on a sidewalk. She stops him. Has him lay on the sidewalk. Proceeds to taze him. She claimed in testimony that his body tensed up while being tazed. He attempted to get the prongs out of his body while laying on the ground. She then blows the guy away while he was laying flat on the ground. This was all shown with her body cam footage. As a result, she was fired and received few penalties. This was the first time I began to notice oft claimed police rationale of, "She feared for her life."
