   the point of 10grans was to have fun with friends and because it was ridiculous that it was implemented as an actual, working crypto-token. but it also turned out to be fun that some people really really hate crypto and if they see it on the fediverse they go literally insane

     @karolat I am extremely happy that many people "cashed out" of 10grans and accomplished things like:
     
     * paid off medical debt
     * visited distant relatives
     * paid for a semester of university
     
     I am proud that we did it without being scummy or dishonest or encouraging people to do risky investment that only accidentally paid off.

     @Moon @karolat also taking this opportunity to say thanks for making the token since it ended up encouraging me to make art and I managed to cash out some 300 yuros worth of value. Rest assured that it went into researching Japanese merchandise of refined tastes.
