     @nimda @pseudocute this is super neat! i will redouble my efforts towards getting javascript enabled in the browser that i'm using for i2p.

     i need a way to imitate the javascript profile that tor browser has, i don't want to use tor browser (or mullvad broswer by torproject) because I think that gives too much power to tor project devs.

     hmm... i wonder if tokodon will work. it apparently has proxy connection options but i think its designed only for mastodon?

     anyway, i'm very pleased by this news!! congrats!!

     @frogzone @nimda @pseudocute Mitra implements Mastodon API (with some differences), so it should work with many Mastodon and Pleroma clients.

     Default web client requires JavaScript, but there are alternative no-JS clients, for example Bloat, which was tested and known to work with Mitra (it needs to be installed by the server admin though).

     @frogzone @nimda You need to select "Markdown" format when you write your post. The default format can be changed in Bloat config.

     @silverpill @frogzone @pseudocute https://bloat.wizard.casa/ bloat is up, but I haven't tested it (I still haven't made a user/pass account yet). The i2p eepsite is down, it wasn't really doing much, but I'll give it another go sometime now that I'm getting an better idea of how all the pieces fit together :thumbsup:

     @nimda @silverpill @pseudocute just logged into your bloat now... it looks great, there are minor cosmetic quirks but apart from that it seemed to function, eg. I was able to 'Like' posts.

     i just tried to do this reply post via Bloat, both as visibility "unlisted" and then "public", but got "Error, bad request: 400 Bad Request: unsupported content type" both times, so I posted it from the usual mitra web UI.

     re bloat cosmetics: there MAY be other options to improve UI... all i did was change to the dark theme, pronto. :)

     @silverpill @frogzone @pseudocute Good idea, I'll see what I can do with getting bloat.wizard.casa up sometime soon, might make the i2p eepsite more workable (unless there's a technical limitation blindspot)
