Back still hurt. Beginning to wonder if it's spinal vs. muscular.

reeeeeelman (realman543@annihilation.social)'s status on Friday, 22-Mar-2024 19:27:37 JST reeeeeelman @adiz Definitely unclench your ass, but also are there any particular issues with say standing or lifting/bending? Is it an issue to lift minor things? Or bending over at all? If so you could have a hernia, and should see a doctor.
Or you could do like I do and crack your back with a flat, hard surface.

No :alex_lol: as someone who has had the same issue before onky way to fix it is rolling out and pressure point. -

The only way to fix that is surgery dog, and sooner the better. -
reeeeeelman (realman543@annihilation.social)'s status on Friday, 22-Mar-2024 19:33:17 JST reeeeeelman @dcc @adiz Well I have a herniated disk and cracking my back finally got me back on my feet after over 2 years in pain. So YMMV I suppose. -

The ibuprofen and acetaminophen also seems to help. @realman543@annihilation.social
† top dog :pedomustdie: likes this.
