     @TinyHouse4Life I love colored carrots. I dont know if they even taste all that different but they are more appetizing. I think we key our taste on visuals a lot. Not sure why anyone would rather carrots of uniform shape and color.

     @thatguyoverthere @TinyHouse4Life They probably are tastier, because they are (or are closer to) the old varieties, rather than the modern ones that have been bred for size and easy growing.

     @Flick @TinyHouse4Life yeah I also think the extra color usually means extra antioxidants which is generally a good thing. I think the flavor difference is probably subtle but agree it is there. Hard to tell when you mix everything together but the resulting dishes are usually quite tasty.
