   I don't really get why you "have to do something" about rape victims. You want them to talk, you want them to take drugs, you want to support them, and get them therapy.
   Why? Can't they just have been raped in peace? You can't unrape them. You can't make up for it.
   They have seen things, and now they are maturing past the bonds of society. They are leaving your little reservation for the wilderness.
