@GaryPaulWood it's basically just more military funding into weird shit in an attempt to uncover "how people gets radicalized" so that they can then reverse engineer that to use against people. The stuff found in GG1 was way more direct with what the military wanted to do

But ultimately, it's just the military giving more fundings to useless ass NGOs that won't do shit, again
