If your restaurant becomes primarily black patrons, your fate is sealed. You need to completely restructure the business around catering to blacks. Replace all chairs with booths & bolted down stools. Cheapest ingredients possible. High sugar drinks. Have a policy of 18% gratuity charged by default on all checks. No tip jars. No decor that can be easily stolen. Front door far from the cash register. Basically pay cops to hang around with heavily discounted food for first responders. You can still make money in this situation, but you will never have a "nice" restaurant ever again.
