     Example:
     
     Hourly minimums don't apply to small business or mid size companies, but Amazon and Walmart have an hourly minimum plus localized cost of living adjustment.

     @threalist @cjd just a gut reaction: I think if a company receives federal money (subsidies, contracts, etc) this approach might balance things out a little bit.
