     @triodug it's a very particular style of humour, it was just mostly cool to see the weird ass segments
     
     Otherwise, check out "Tom goes to the mayor" even if it's just "powerpoint filter: The cartoon", it's actually pretty great

     @coolboymew yeah it's definitely my style of humor I just never found their attempts at it funny. Tom goes to the mayor had good moments but to me it was mostly the show I had to sit through in order to watch Adult Swim's magnum opus: 12 oz mouse

     I'd argue more it was influential for the MDE and similar YouTubers of the time. Case in point, part of the part missing MDE Pilot Episode from the late 00s and many of the early MDE videos when they were passing around the art school hipster crowd (since they were from that but all burnt out hard). Eventually Sam would burn out on this style of humor later even though it's probably my favorite era of MDE IMO and is definitely an influence on me even if I found it around 2014-5. You can tell they were more shitposty and less burnt out.

     @triodug much like justin roiland, tim heidecker only has one set of jokes on rotation that get boring fast. i do love the other characters like david liebe hart and steve brule, plus the more surreal tv parodies before it got too goofy and loud
