     @Azur_Fenix RespectElves is the one that popularized (made it a meme) the term "safe horny" I don't know why people are associating it with leftists or someone like DEV.
     
     Safe horny is for mocking the trend where people exaggerate being horny for things that are socially acceptable for you to be horny about like muscle mommies, hags, ugly women, trannies, blacks, faggotry, censored redesigns...etc.
