   Seeing some people getting mad at this by saying that Japan is becoming liberal while they forget that since the 90's you have BL, Yuri, Trap and more "woke" things on JP TV and that it wasn't considered as bad

     Strip back institutions like marriage to its basics and you will find that they exist for eugenic purposes
     They encourage healthy societal behaviors and discourage unhealthy ones
     In marriage's case it is the forming strong families
     By banning fags from marrying you are implicitly saying "drilling another man in the ass is not on the same level of love as a monogamous relationship between a man and a woman"
     
     Fags do not want gay marriage to get married an overwhelming amount of gay men do not get married and prefer to have sex with hundreds of different men in their lives
     They want it for the iconoclasm
     Marriage is a load bearing social norm and devaluing opens the gates of toledo for even more degenerate sexual behavior
     
     If you dont believe me in the US we went from "gays getting married" to "sex changes for children" in roughly a decade

     Japan is definitely degenerate in a lot of ways, the West just happened to race past it in a relatively short period of time. Also in hindsight it's glaringly obvious that the destruction of the institution of marriage was far more catastrophic than I and many other people thought it would be.

     @ArdainianRight @kumicota yes but those load bearing institutions are suppossed to get across that such behavior is detrimental to society and to keeps it at a safe level
     
     The religous right were relentlessly mocked for accurately predicting this result (the slippery slope is just pointing out the end results of your opponents premises before they are ready to defend them) primarily because they were unable to properly articulate the point
     Their lizard brain was shouting TERRAIN TERRAIN PULL UP PULL UP but they couldnt describe the chirp in the hallway

     @kumicota No Jews, a repressive culture and economy, it being a police state albeit a polite one, we should look at how the tolerance of the manga and anime you mention has not translated into their own Globohomo with Japanese characteristics. They just might be able to keep it tamped down enough.
