   I'm looking forward to receiving the open hardware music player, #tangara, but now I greedily want similarly hackable wireless earbuds. I would insta-back a crowdfunding campaign for that from the Tangara team.

     @trevorflowers Mayne take a look at the PineBuds? I know they're flashable. I haven't bothered yet, they've been working well for me as intended, and they sound good. (Frankly, the best bluetooth headphones I've ever used.)
