   i see seasteading as the only option before we can take land back. this can happen faster with accelerationism to allow the collapse of zog powers. it's nonviolent and thus legal.

     Ocean Builders (the company that was behind it) recently moved to Panama which is apparently more open to the idea.

     BTW, Ocean Builders' "SeaPods" contain smart-home tech, but it's optional. You can order one without them.
