     I really don't understand reactions to personal vulnerability that involve meticulous curation of all stimuli that you're exposed to. This relies upon the consent (or restriction) of literally everyone else who may ever come into contact with you, and no matter what delusional beliefs you hold about your ability to control society, you'll never achieve it.
     
     Isn't it better to focus on self-adaptation so that you are no longer so vulnerable?
