@monsterislandcolonizer @flux Likewise for me, hairline not withstanding. I sometimes feel bad for women, in that we age like wine and they age like milk
-
@DEERBLOOD @flux I think a lot of "aging like milk" is lifestyle and diet
My wife is close to my age and she looks much better now than she did at 18 imo
-
@DEERBLOOD @flux I'm sorry bro
My hairline hasn't suffered at all
Everything got better for me after I turned 25.
-
@DEERBLOOD @flux Not even old though lmao
-
@monsterislandcolonizer @flux Tell that to my hairline
-
@DEERBLOOD @flux People think early 20s is the strongest time of your life but the APFT clearly shows that mans peak power is late 20s early 30s
I lift for my own personal reasons and my heaviest ever is 345.

@monsterislandcolonizer @flux Old man strength is real
-
@DEERBLOOD @flux I mogged the biggest dude at the gym once
>wearing a belt deadlifting 175 (lmao)
>"You know the belt's doing all the work right?"
>"...what?"
>"How do you know how strong you really are if you're wearing a belt?"
>"You do it then!"
>"ok" *picks it up*
>"I need to deadlift more."
He was a good sport

@monsterislandcolonizer @flux Tomorrow is my 33rd birthday. I'm careful, maybe even overly so, about hurting myself. I 3 rep 360 on deadlift cause that gets me the max score for that event on the Army Combat Fitness Test. I don't have much interest in going higher
Thats really funny though. Ive never seen anyone do that with the belt, but I do frequently see guys with wraps for wrist support benching like 225 lol

wear your belt nigger
-
@flux I wish I lifted that heavy

Lifting weights rm (right meow)
