     You can kinda control placement of the hands. But fingers have to be done through inpainting.

     Also inpainting, but it's easier to do because you can do tricks like avoiding inpainting the neck. The AI will keep the neck position in mind when doing the new position.

     I'd figure I would post this very quick because I just found this and don't want to forget it. I've been trying to figure it out for a while. There are variants of this but this is a stable tag combination.
     
     I don't need to explain the sex act. It's just carrying someone with deep penetration.
