   @mntmn I seem to have a slight issue with one of the battery cells on the new reform

   Any suggestions

   I am pretty sure that I plugged in the battery connectors correctly

     @crypt17 hi, is this with protected battery boards? did you try to connect a charger once? also, do you have a multimeter so you could measure the cells individually to see if the measurement is indeed 0?

     @crypt17 ok, do you have a digital multimeter to see if the cell is actually at 0V?

     @mntmn this is with the new machine that arrived a few weeks back. I only just got round to connecting the battery and it has just been running off mains power previously.
