   I should also note that those national guardsmen in the New York City metro are no different from Blue Helmets in some war torn African country. Guaranteed they have strict "no shooting unless fired up on" orders even in the most severe of cases. Once the usual suspects realize that get ready for video after video of random people getting raped, stabbed, and robbed while some stiff in camo looks on with bemusement while talking on his radio.

     @Shadowman311 True Story: Ft Devens MA (now closed) was cut in two by Route 2 w/the main base on one side, and the maneuver area on the other. Once the Gangbangers (late 80s) found out the Guard and Reserve Units weren't armed, they'd drive up to Devens, occasionally pull off the road, scale the broke-assed perimeter fence and roam the A.O until they found some Joes with M-16s. They'd pull out their loaded nine, and cha-ching! 1,2 maybe even 3 full auto boomsticks. They -always- buried those situations. When I was in the Reserves, I -always- kept on illegally loaded mag w/me just in case...
     
     Just wait until the Nogs find out they can get M-4s for free...
