u2u21_u2 opines that "From a Japanese perspective the locations of the GuP schools don't make sense at all except for Saunders (U.S. Navy base Sasebo is located in Nagasaki) . . . Pravda could be in Hokkaido from its proximity to Russia and past historical connections during the Meiji restoration, idk how to fix the other schools though."
