Genderheretics.xyz works the same way as Mastodon: we're linked with other "instances" or sites across something we call the Fediverse. You can talk to other people on other instances, and they can talk to you.
Some instances have strict rules about what you can and cannot say, others are a wild-ass free for all.
And yes, unfortunately, some instances allow their users to say the most obnoxious, odious and vile things, such as anti-semetism, racism, holocaust denial, etc.
There are even a few instances that allow child pornography.
As far as I know, nobody on Genderheretics.xyz is racist or antisemitic and if they are I remove them from my instance as soon as they're discovered. I also won't stand for kiddie porn, or even regular porn.
If you come across someone or something you find offensive, you have two choices: you can either block that individual or you can block the domain instance they're from entirely so you won't have to hear from anyone originating from there.

@william Blocking doesn't address the issue that these people are inciting genocide. You need to report these instances to their domain registrars, payment processors, or even governments.
You are ignorant to the problem. BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and people with disabilities face the threat of genocide everyday, yet everyone is ignorant to the problem. Including you, since you have been posting images on while you think that transgender genocide is a myth.
