Watching Thunderball. Not as bombastic as Goldfinger. Not as grounded as From Russia With Love. It's got all the right elements, but for some reason is just missing that ja ne sais quoi. Felix the CIA guy was bad casting, he's just not a good actor. The bad guys are dumb. Largo the big bad guy is just not likable enough, he's a bit boring.

I do like how they reference Pussy Galore's face turn from the last movie and mock it. Clever self aware depricating humor.
