     @lain are you sure you're eating real sriracha? I've never tried it although I did buy some at some point... not sure if I ever used or tried it...

     Try eating it with like a wholegrain flatbread like Indian style roti or a cool yogurt based drink. That might help.

     Don’t feel like you have to eat hot stuff just because. That said you shouldn’t miss out on stuff like curries around the world and fun stuff like fried frog legs and peppers.

     @lain you gotta check the brand. The flying goose brand in most stores is pretty mild. The rooster brand (Huy Fong) available in some Asiamarkte is the o.g. stuff, and it's got more kick.
