Japan is catching up on that as the food westernize/slops itself, but it's not only Japan, it's all countries that decided that not having enough time to cook weekly, not having a partner that can cook, and introducing various food that provoke Alzheimer, heart attacks and feeding/treating livestocks with/like garbage.
