Okay so I have a wild theory (it's a theory so calm your juggs).

I don't believe in the Charles Darwin view of races, sorry Xeno.

I believe in the KJV, that all men are of one blood. There is only one race, the human race.

However,

I think what we have is a genetics entropy and funneling issue.

So to backtrack, Noah and his 3 sons and their three wives carried over the only genes from a world of humans that got drowned by God in a wordwide flood.

That would mean that we started out with one stock, but each wife carried genes too.

So I believe that after the flood, when civilization was doing a reset, there arose from the early families and breeding a distinct group of men that had the base feature set that resemble the "races" we see today. The prototypes if you will, with purer and superior genes.

Then after the diaspora of the Towel of Babel, when God confounded their languages, they all spread into the different regions of the earth and formed their own cultures.

However as God warned,

"7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation."

I believe that wicked societies, cultures will breed in this wickedeness and it effect genetics and everything.
