Remember when we used to use matches to light stuff? I wish I had some just for nostalgia sake. When I was a kid, every business would hand out free matches and so I actually collected them until I had a giant jar full. I don’t know what happened to that jar.

Because so many people smoked when I was a kid every business used book matches for advertising. There were all kinds and colors and elaborately decorated match book covers. I even have a few special ones from that jar left. So smokers needed matches equaled advertising traffic.
