     @aral I used to take the train with a guy who had one of those, and it looked really cool.

     How long did it take you to learn to ride it, and what's the battery life/range like?

     @weilawei It didn’t me too long to get used to it but I’ve been skating all my life. That said, it’s still different. And it did me a while before I was comfortable on crowded sidewalks (it’s hardest to go slow/stay stationary). But I have about 400km on it now. And this is the smallest (pint) with the lowest range (about 9-13km). Good for a little jaunt to the beach or, apparently, to the station and back for a trip to Dublin :)

     @weilawei Yeah, I mean, I’m finally at the point where I’m thinking maybe the extra range of the pint x would be nice but, also, knock on wood, I have a reliable board and that isn’t always the case with these babies (they’ve had quality control issues in the past at least) so… 🤷♂️
