Dear LazyWeb, any advice for me?

I have here an unopened 14" MBP (M2, 32G, 4T) and I need to migrate off my 2019 Intel MBP. I need a buttload of OSS (apache, ruby, mysql, etc etc) working for the local version of the blog.

Any helpful hints, either of the form “make sure to…” or “whatever you do, don’t…”?
