     they're catering to a shrinking population of rich people. our generation will never be able to spend $8500 on doctors and specialists and $65,000 on an orthopedic surgeon for a case of knee hurty. we'll consult racist bodybuilders for health advice and pay them in jpegs of cute anime girls, and go see the witch doctor.
