@kaia Wow, I have vastly different experience! PleromaFE actually feels rather lightweight in FF Mobile (I use Fennec, but I don't think they are different in this regard), it's just not as comfy. Tusky also works fine, but obviously it doesn't support Pleroma extensions like Tusky does.
Husky works fine most of the time, but it is like at some point something clicks deep inside it and it starts loading CPU like crazy. I have denied it permission to run in the background as I don't need notifications both from Tusky and from Husky, especially considering Tusky supports Unified Push and it's way more light on the battery. Probably that causes Husky to bug out, either that or it attempts to do something on other backend when it's unresponsive (my instance runs on very low-specced hardware by modern standards) and maybe it keeps retrying when it doesn't receive response in time.
I don't have any other ideas why this could be happening, I realize that it's a rather popular app and if it worked like that for everyone, no one would use it — so it has to be something very specific, I just don't get what :marseyhmmm:
