   Also I just got my confirmation that the non-binary shit was added by either Viz or the scanlator group, as I've seen a screencap outright saying it

   In Volume 9 of the manga, Q&A corner, page 168 it was confirmed that Margarette is nonbinary. In Japanese it said "女でもあり男でもあると言ったところでしょうか" - "You could say they're both a woman and a man""
   
   It specifically does not say non-binary so I don't know why you would specifically insert the very specific western definition into it, aka the pronouns are definitively not necessary. Hell, if even if it was written verbatim, it still doesn't necessarily justify it either
