   @Xucaen I'm afraid I can't do that, as that would enable/encourage people to discriminate against blind users, who typically don't set a profile picture.

     Give us an option to automatically mute any account that doesn't have a profile picture. Those are most likely spammers and bots anyway so I think this is a logical feature to have.
