We know that Tenacity is somewhat unusable under Wayland. However, we might be closing in on solving an issue with the playback cursor not updating. See https://codeberg.org/tenacityteam/tenacity/pulls/134 for more details.
This might give us an edge over Audacity on Linux: better usability under Wayland xD

  This is an incredibly stupid-simple fix. I feel like there's a catch to this, so there should be testing before this is merged. Fixes #35. This PR is inspired by a patch made by @davidkaroly. Instead of refreshing the overlay rectangles, the entire panel is refreshed. This fixes the playback cursor on Wayland without any flicker.
