Update: AntifaWatch has reported (t.me/AntifaWatch2) that the "extremely liberal" 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has halted the release of Rob Rundo pending the Federal appeal.

The decision appears to override Judge Carney's initial desire to release Rundo immediately, and he will now have to return to jail.
