@RaHoWaJoe I think the real point I'm going for is that what's good and appropriate vs. harmful for your kids is more than just checking off this or that box of what is or isn't shown, as opposed to the underlying moral framework it instills. A Disney movie telling you to "be yourself" and that your parents are stupid and bigoted is morally corrosive, no matter how tame and saccharine the story seemingly is, whereas the Bible has plenty of sex and violence in it, but it also provides a far sounder moral framework.
