   ugh. you stop using the old method of compiling a program for seven months while you work on rewriting it like 5 times, and now you forget how to compile it properly!

   it's almost like depending on a compiler from 1992 was a mistake

     I recompiled! And it generated a version of my flag-displaying program that had no flags in it.

     I've somehow gotten it so that script A is python2, but script B only works on python 3, but script A needs to import a function from script B

     how did this ever work?

     I got it working. but now I'm faced with the annoying problem that neither my downstairs laptop or my phone has a floppy drive.

     how much you want to bet that I'm the only person in the world with a docker build process that involves copying to a floppy disk at the end?

     I managed to get the program onto a floppy disk. Thank God I have a garage full of USB floppy drives.

     And now I have zero idea how to commit my changes back to github because the version I've got here has diverged so much from the one in the repo.
     This is a mess.

     Basically I've been spending the last few months trying to fully rewrite this program with limited success, so I never expected to try to update this branch ever again.

     @stereo4x4 @aburka it works to some degree, but it's janky in my experience. Android wants to reformat it to partially ext3, which is a pain
