     @realman543 i'm not familiar with the case. but i have been told by people i used to talk to that law is very unfavorable to the trucking industry. like in california they will take peoples licenses over potholes, and then don't maintain the roads, so a lot of truckers just don't bother.
     
     i'd rather see more light rail but w/e
