@DannaDiamondbush This really is left-liberal morality taken to its logical conclusion- due to it being purely based on Consent, Individual desires and special protection for Marginalized groups, that DOES indeed make it impossible for you to say that eating shit is Wrong.

@ChristiJunior @DannaDiamondbush
Leftism is rooted in modern ideas of consent and self-actualization. Rightism is rooted in lineage, inheritance, and duty. Your existence and essence are products of inheritance, and not by your consent, and they cannot be otherwise, as your consent on some level is also the product of inheritance. Eating shit is morally wrong because you have a duty to your forebears and to God to care for the body you were given, and deliberately doing something so totally unnecessary and unsanitary and harmful to yourself is an insult to the sacrifices of those who came before you. That's why your God-given instincts are screaming at you, "EWW!!! GROSS!!! STOP!!!"

@ArdainianRight @DannaDiamondbush Reminds me of how Russia's claim to Crimea is justified by History, Culture and People, while Ukraine's claim to Crimea purely relies on fake and gay "International Law".

@ChristiJunior @DannaDiamondbush
"Jewkraine is legitimate because its population has been bombarded nonstop with anti-Russian propaganda teaching them to hate their brethren and support Western poopdick instead!"
-
@ArdainianRight @ChristiJunior @DannaDiamondbush Well put. And the cartoon above is perfect, because it's exactly what happens when your morals are a product solely of an abstract, formal consideration, i.e. "what counts as genuine agency and consent?" In that case, you throw out any substantive consideration that would give your judgments heft: history, instincts, ancestry, culture.
I like to say that the fundamental rightist virtue is gratitude. The leftist is an ingrate -- he's ready to reject life itself if he can have what he deems logical consistency.

@sickburnbro @ChristiJunior @DannaDiamondbush Consent is their intellectual justification, though of course "Children can consent" is so popular precisely because of how easy it is to engineer said consent.
-
@ArdainianRight @ChristiJunior @DannaDiamondbush no, it isn't rooted in "consent" because they will twist anything *they* want to do into "consent" - it's just a convenient front for their deviant appetites.
