     NTR usually made when the mc is not all that likeable or good but the waifu is.
     
     People watch for marin. Not Goro.
     
     It's why you will see ntr with her or say Hestia from meet girls in a dungeon. But say things like Arifureta, has little to none. Because the mc is likeable or doesn't act like an a homosexual.
     
     Also why sword art a has so much ntr of Asuna, she's a good waifus. But Kirito is an unlikeable plank of wood.
     
     You bash on the ntr while failing to understand the base reason why it's created. People hate the canon ship. Usually because one of the characters is utter shit.

     @Azur_Fenix @Echigo I'd like to state as someone who looks up Asuna art there is absolutely wholesome stuff with Kirito that dwarfs any ntr. video essayists can say whatever they want but a good deal of people like Kirito.
