   businesses are going to dive headfirst into "AI" to cut payroll and at first it'll be okay because "they're still working out the bugs" and people will tolerate shit for "the future" but after a few years it will become clear that irreparable damage was caused by the decision on dozens of fronts

     @deprecated_ii Nah, the lawsuit risk is far too high, the AI fad in the industry is already in the past, it’s more of a press fad now.

     Humans have a very valuable property that an AI does not, and it’s not because of any AI incompleteness, it’s a legal thing, humans can be blamed for shit to avoid lawsuits or at least to damage-control them.

     An AI will make decisions that the corporation will be sued for, it’s a certainty, and in every single experiment the AI was shut down during the testing phase because of that fact.
