minute (mntmn@mastodon.social)'s status on Saturday, 17-Feb-2024 09:21:27 JST minute ok so actually there's already all kinds of attestations in the DHL documents, from JLC confirming that they did the due diligence on this. it looks like i just also have to do this and sign it. this is the first time i've seen this kind of document.

Pim de Groot (mifune@mastodon.social)'s status on Saturday, 17-Feb-2024 10:13:44 JST Pim de Groot @mntmn The last order I made sailed through customs, but for the previous one I had to request material certificates from JLC and send them to DHL.
The most annoying part is that it delayed my package for a week.

𝙢𝙣𝙩 (mnt@mastodon.social)'s status on Saturday, 17-Feb-2024 19:03:23 JST 𝙢𝙣𝙩 @mntmn had to proof an unnamed certification to @zoll (with no basis in law) to import my 3rd co2 laser tube replacement.
the tube ended up being destroyed, the replacement for the replacement tube arrived 8 days later without any problems, just like the first two.
