Someone in r/linux is asking why more distros don't come with recovery partitions and most of the answers are stuff like:
"Most Linux users keep the installation USB stick in the drawer just in case. "
or "I think its probably a nice option for Pop! OS, but it might not be so appropriate for ALL users."
This is modern #linux ... reinstalling and breakage is just so "normal" that it's just one other thing added to the gatekeeping guide.
