Looks like Scarle was stealth suspended for this. This is really the proof in the pudding that niggersanji is lying in all their statements about reflection and wanting to do better. While their words are introspective and regretful, their actions show that management is extremely petty and more concerned about their own image rather than the talent's wellbeing or even the company's image.
