Bas Schouten@sykora @aral Are you suggesting every company should always guarantee everyone's job even if they're working on something, and their area of expertise is somewhere, where there's no economic value being added?
That would make for more of a charity than anything else. Obviously companies have to eliminate certain jobs at times to make sure they focus on adding value. And they can do so humanely, that's okay.
