   I got up at 0400 to start working and skipped breakfast to make sure I'd have an appetite for when I visted Chow's Country Buffet for lunch. They had a wide variety of southern cooking and Chinese food. The large selection available made it possible to sample a lot of different dishes including fried catfish, which I like a lot.

     Nice. The only buffets that survived covid in my area are highly questionable classic chinese buffets. They haven't aged well.
