On one hand, I end up having a similar transport issue, looking at it closer. There's a bus that ends up being faster than what I take, but it's not at every hours. It's still somewhat "far". I have no car
On the other hand. House, and the supermarket ain't that far (14 mins of walk Google say, probably much less with a light jog. They probably deliver too, so), and I go have a shopping center that's 30ish mins of bus away so that's convenient
The house was made in 1875, but it looks relatively renovated though
